Looking to Scotland for inspiration, Cranachan is inspired by the famous dish, originally eaten in celebration as summer’s bounteous raspberry season came to a close. This famous dessert is often the finale to a backdrop of traditional poetry and song at traditional Burns’ Suppers.
 
Using local raspberries, sweet heather honey, oats and new make malt spirit, this velvety smooth gin is bottled at 40% ABV for a lighter style of contemporary gin.
